1D Restrooms

Moodie Outdoor Products has been supplying restrooms for outdoor public use for many years. The simplest form of restroom is the 1D – meaning that it caters for the disabled as well as ambulant people.

These restrooms are available as a pre-fab kit that can be assembled and installed on site. Or as a transportable version that can be fully assembled in our factory, shipped to site, craned off the truck for services to be connected.

These restrooms are ideal for remote locations that see limited foot traffic.

Twist Roof CustomSpec Restroom Installation

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the design, supply and installation of a CustomSpec Restroom for John Wearne Reserve in Carlingford, NSW.

The 1D1A restroom featured the following customisations:

  • Constructed from grey besser blocks with white ironed flush uniform joints and painted with two coats of clear/mat finish anti‐graffiti coating
  • Floor tiles in cubicles with 1 x skirting tile.
  • Solar powered, electronic auto timer locks with 240V auto back up
  • Architectural twisted to roof to match other structures in park.
  • Baby change table to accessible cubicle.
  • SS pans , wash basin included in accessible cubicle.

Emerald Hills – CustomSpec Restroom and Accessible BBQ

Moodie Outdoor Products has recently completed the installation of a CustomSpec Restroom and an Accessible BBQ at Emerald Hills Reserve.

The restroom features:

  • Smooth pebble blocks walls with a Limestone banding
  • SecCloud auto locking system with back to base monitoring
  • HDG powdercoated steel construction throughout
  • Vandal proof light fittings

The stainless steel Accessible Double Cabinet BBQ is electric powered with push button ignition.

1D Transportable Restroom

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the supply and installation of a 1D Transportable Restroom to south east QLD.

The 1D restroom was completely constructed in the Outside Products factory and shipped to site. Once on site the restroom was craned into position, levelled and then had the plumbing connected. In all the site installation took 1 hour!!

CustomSpec Restroom – Harrington Reserve

Moodie Outdoor Products has recently completed the installation of this CustomSpec Restroom at Harrington Park Reserve.

The restroom is 1D1A in layout. It features core filled besser blocks walls which have been rendered and painted. Cubicle floors have been tiled.

Solar power is used to control the auto locking door system with back to base reporting. This minimises the need for nightly security patrols.

Project Completion – Custom Spec Gullwing Restroom

Constructed from grey besser blocks with white ironed flush uniform joints and painted with two coats of clear/mat finish anti‐graffiti coating. Interior floor and walls tiled.

Spring Farm Custom Spec Restroom

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the installation of this Custom Spec restroom at Spring Farm.

The restroom is a 1D1A layout with the addition of an extra storeroom. The customisations for this restroom include:
– Split face blockwork
– Solar powered lighting
– Solar powered auto door locking
-Vandal proof strip lighting

Custom Spec Restroom

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the installation of a Custom Spec Restroom at Jubilee Park in Brisbane.

After many years Jubilee Park Amenities received an upgrade to service growing number of young families and the greater community.
The community still wanted to keep the same feel as the existing restroom. Therefore the local school ran an art competition to select a new mural to cover the new restroom and to give an updated theme.

This restroom is a 1D2A layout and is customised with interior custom orb cladding, safety yellow grab bars and is externally clad with flat impax panels. This provided a vandal resistant outer cladding whilst allowing for the application of the artwork.

Changing Places Restroom

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the installation of a Changing Places restroom at Ollie Webb Reserve in Parramatta.

Transportable Restroom 1D2A – Mackay

Transportable Restroom 1D2A 1

Moodie Outdoor Products has recently completed the installation of a Transportable 1D2A Restroom in Mackay, QLD.

The Transportable Restroom is the perfect solution for the client that wants to keep the installation impact to the local community as low as possible.

The Transportable Restroom is completely fitted out in our factory with all internal finishes, fittings and plumbing. The structure is then craned onto a truck and transported to site. The roof structure and external fittings are then added on once the restroom has been positioned. This greatly reduces installation times.
