Custom restroom installation at Sturt Park, Telopea

Moodie Outdoor Products successfully installed a custom Outside Products restroom and storage shed at Sturt Park, Telopea. The restroom brief included design of two lockable maintenance equipment storage areas that was to be integrated into the twin toilet blocks.

Custom restroom with Gull Wing roof style to enable covered seating area between the two toilet blocks.

The custom spec included:

  • 1D3A restrooms with Gull Wing roof style
  • ‘NewTechWood’ Wood Plastic Composite cladding on exterior walls in teak colour
  • Steel frame powdercoated in black colour
  • Impax panels on internal walls, painted in natural white colour

Custom Spec Restrooms

Moodie Outdoor Products has been offering Custom Spec Restrooms for a number of years now. This approach combines traditional building methods with kit form restroom products to provide an end result that offers a unique look with low maintenance and can withstand vandalism.

Twist Roof CustomSpec Restroom Installation

Moodie Outdoor Products recently completed the design, supply and installation of a CustomSpec Restroom for John Wearne Reserve in Carlingford, NSW.

The 1D1A restroom featured the following customisations:

  • Constructed from grey besser blocks with white ironed flush uniform joints and painted with two coats of clear/mat finish anti‐graffiti coating
  • Floor tiles in cubicles with 1 x skirting tile.
  • Solar powered, electronic auto timer locks with 240V auto back up
  • Architectural twisted to roof to match other structures in park.
  • Baby change table to accessible cubicle.
  • SS pans , wash basin included in accessible cubicle.

Emerald Hills – CustomSpec Restroom and Accessible BBQ

Moodie Outdoor Products has recently completed the installation of a CustomSpec Restroom and an Accessible BBQ at Emerald Hills Reserve.

The restroom features:

  • Smooth pebble blocks walls with a Limestone banding
  • SecCloud auto locking system with back to base monitoring
  • HDG powdercoated steel construction throughout
  • Vandal proof light fittings

The stainless steel Accessible Double Cabinet BBQ is electric powered with push button ignition.

CustomSpec Restroom – Harrington Reserve

Moodie Outdoor Products has recently completed the installation of this CustomSpec Restroom at Harrington Park Reserve.

The restroom is 1D1A in layout. It features core filled besser blocks walls which have been rendered and painted. Cubicle floors have been tiled.

Solar power is used to control the auto locking door system with back to base reporting. This minimises the need for nightly security patrols.

Stockton CustomSpec Restrooms

Outdoor Restroom Custom Spec - Stockton Beach 3

Moodie Outdoor Products has recently completed the installation of a CustomSpec Restroom at Stockton Beach for Newcastle City Council. This particular restroom has been customised from the standard offering to include:

  • Impact Panel cladding on all walls
  • Solar powered lighting
  • Solar powered auto door locking

As much of the restroom as possible is pre-fabricated to reduce amount of time to install on site. All standard roof styles and layouts are available to customised.
